Sometime the bus passes my bus stop early and I dont get a signal. I miss the bus because of this issue.

Very easy & user friendly. Fastest way to see when a bus or train is due in both directions.

Still thinks I’m at my old address ? Have deleted my app multiple times and the gps won’t work correctly why is this information saved through multiple deletions ???? Just annoying because I can get accurate times or like plan my journey wifi and data usage doesn’t change the outcome

I hate you because you don’t show which way to go to stops. I hate your app

Has not been accurate once, I see a orange bus and turns out it’s actually a blue one and I can never get to places in time cause of the confusion

Doesn’t update or provide the some information about the re route and which route this is going most of the time recently.

I love this app helps me see the bus times and can see how long until the next bus arrives, they gave me the premium subscription for free because I am a child and I really appreciate that

The buses don’t always show up on the map exactly where they are and sometimes they say the busses are at completely different spots yet, majority of the time you can still find out what time your bus will be at your stop so that’s overall very helpful. I also really enjoy how it asks you about your bus stop and the conditions it is in. Overall, rather useful app and i will continue to keep using it.

I would prefer if the app gave a bus stop number as well as the street. I find it very confusing trying to figure out if I am at the right stop not knowing the streets so well. It is a bit daunting wondering if I should actually be at the bus stop. on the other side of the street. A bus stop number would really help that issue.
