Не працює безкоштовний режим, просить придбати підписку і показує рекламу. Так має бути? Знаходжуся територіально в Україні

Cancelation of subscription is impossible

I installed the app during the campaign for Ukrainians🙏, but at the moment I cannot cancel the subscription according to the provided instructions. Unfortunately the service center doesn’t respond to the request for help 😳

Ребята, транслейтер мне нравиться. НО! просто НЕОБХОДИМО убрать заставку с летающими шарами при входе. Она очень грузит своим постоянным появлением при старте приложения. Уберите ее. Это очень портит впечатление.
