Tickets we buy disappear, dispite me being charged - we have to buy them again 😡
I know my password, but the app keeps telling me it’s wrong!
Buttons are often greyed out, or disabled for no reason. 
The theft is the worst of all though. What a piece of junk, I can hardly believe this is still allowed in the App Store.

Really NOT user friendly. The app does not autofill your password when trying to sign in. Really round about way to buy a ticket. Doesn’t allow you to to select travel now, you have to move the time back to the present time. I selected to pay by Apple pay and the link did not work despite several attempts. Ended up buying ticket from the machine!

Logs me out after 1 hour which is unnecessary. I make the same journey every day (a return ticket from X to Y) but in my “recent journeys” section on the homepage it only ever shows it as a single journey, so I waste time having to add a return journey before I can buy my ticket

This app seems to be way behind the curve compared to similar apps! Why does it require you to log in so frequently? Why can’t it save my railcard option for future bookings? Why does it frequently default to a collect ticket’ option and not give the e-ticket option?!? Surely a key reason for using the app? The saving in booking fees simply isn’t worth the annoyance compared to another commonly used booking app, which doesn’t suffer from the same inadequacies.

I buy tickets here all the time, but sometimes there’s an error where they charge my card and I get no tickets this has happened several times over the last few months and I never got my money back for that. This is starting to add up, never using this app again, the support team are no help and I’m getting robbed.

This is the only train app that you can’t use to book advance tickets, pathetic, what is the point of only being able to book tickets on the day, EVERY other train app out there allows you to book advance tickets, and the station fill out section is stupid, it doesn’t recognise stations you enter till you type it then press the station name, should be far simpler to use

Used to be fine but now dreadful. Tickets purchased through the app don’t always show up leaving you to search through emails. And when logging onto the TPE website only a handful of the tickets which show as purchased on the app appear. I purchased a ticket before boarding a train on Friday and the transaction seemed to go through but then no ticket or email appeared and I had to pay a more expensive price on the train. No proof of course and my word against theirs. And every time you leave the app it logs out leaving you trying to remember the password. Avoid.

This app is useless. I keep being told my password is incorrect, even though it has been created by and stored in my Apple password manager. 
No matter how many times I change the password it says it is wrong and locks me out of the account. 
Luckily I saved my tickets to my Apple wallet otherwise I would be having an argument with the conductor right now. 
Useless web developers.

### ***-- "Could be five star but…"
In many ways this is an excellent app, but there are some niggles that need to be adjusted:

- Tickets that have been booked are shown by date bought not date of travel, making it really hard (when you have multiple trips) to find the one you need.

- When tickets have been amended, the updated ticket isn’t shown in the app - you have to toggle between your email.

- I had payment taken for a ticket I was in the process of booking, but the ticket process didn’t go through. I was told on phone to TPE it can happen and is probably being “held” and I may have to wait ten days for a refund. Meanwhile I had to book another ticket. That’s expensive. And the refund has not yet been received.

- App automatically logs you out after each use.

If there are any workarounds for any of the above, it would be great to know them.
