Shoes won’t connect to app
Bought two pairs of shoes and neither of them will connect to the app. One will show up but won’t connect. The other pair did not even show when shaking the shoe. However the comfort of the shoe was very nice.

Love the shoes! Hate the pedometer as it won’t recognize the chip/what kind of female shoe it is.
App works well, tracks more steps than my Apple Watch, but it all stays only within the app. It doesn’t send to Apple Fitness or Health apps to sync my data with all my other activity. Add this in, and I’ll happily go to 5 stars.
Just got the shoes yesterday and LOVE them - SO comfy. Downloaded the app, but the tracker won’t connect no matter what I try. It’s not a deal-breaker for me because I’ve been using a FitBit and Strava for years. Customer service? WHAT customer service????
I would give 0 out of 5 stars but it won’t let me. No matter how you shake the shoe or reset the Bluetooth the chip never activates. A waste of money without the chip working!

Rating is -star. I’ve had Traq shoes for 6 years. Always had issues with app, but latest problem is the reason I will NEVER buy these shoes again I’ve been contacting customer service weekly for almost 2 months (ladies who answer phone immediately are very helpful) problem is the app doesn’t recognize the email address that I’ve been using with Traq for 6 years and Algeria for 9. This happened before and when resolved I lost all previous data. Now it is again an IT issue - I was told they’re offshore, and may take time. I decided since I’ll lose all data anyway, I may as well create a new account. Well now the app won’t recognize the shoe! I’m DONE- no more, I’ll wear my Skechers and Fitbit
This app is horrible. Needs an overhaul and needs to work period. Overall terrible app great idea
App is constantly not working properly it is either frozen, will not open, or did not track my steps. Love the shoes and would be completely satisfied if the app would do its job. Tracking the steps is a huge selling point of these shoes. Too bad they can’t deliver.
