I did a deposit of btc one week ago ,still haven’t received my btc and the technical support is very slow to respond,as of today they haven’t resolved my matter , I attached a the blockchain proven that the money is in their account and they still not resolving my problem,therefore I will close the app and I don’t recommended to nobody, Crypto.com Is the best
I had an issue with getting verified, staff helped me through this, they were courteous and patient. It was minor: when auto updates in the play store are turned off, it is impossible to log in, only registering. Great support!
The Trastra card is really good as it does not have any fees. Most of the other cards charge heavy fees. Everytime I add money, I don't have to pay anything.
