As a long time, driver at a medical transport company, this company’s software is the worst I have ever seen. For the past week, it has not permitted drivers to enter in their destination mileage, forcing us to call Dispatch for each and every trip. This creates so much more work and stress on all of us. And this glitch still has not been fixed in a week! And this is by no means the first time something like this has happened. If this is the kind of garbage software traumasoft provides to customers, it really should not be in business. Avoid this company like the plague.

My service uses this software for documentation, scheduling etc. It is slow and cumbersome. There is no consistency between pages with drop down options, things aren’t always alphabetically arranged in the extensive lists. The choice option menus work differently from page to page. It’s just a nightmare as a provider to complete an EPCR. 
The schedule view is very cumbersome to view, especially if there is a crew change mid shift. 
The personal settings do not allow adjustments in how you receive notifications from the employer. It’s an all or nothing. 
Save your money and go with a platform like Aladtec. My previous agency used it and it was user friendly for both management and employees. Aladtec software is gold standard compared to this mess.

The app will randomly lock you out. Password isn’t anything. Not your employee number. Incredibly useful to redownload the app several times a day to fix this. Thank you Traumasoft for the superior EMS software.

Personally, I actually liked this for what it needed to do. However, after the recent update, there are more issues than not. Can’t even turn truck off or you lose all info and have to start as if you’re just coming in to shift. This update needs an update….quickly!!!

This is the worst app ever. I get the alert for the call the next day.  When I do get the alert and I sign in. It is stuck on the alert screen and I can’t even do anything with my call. I can’t see it! Good grief I work for a huge corporation.

Notifications still aren’t pushed how I’d like, still pretty quiet, especially if the app isn’t open. I’d like to see a biometrics option added to the login screen. And please, for the sake of night shifters, ADD THE CAPABILITY FOR THE APP TO SUPPORT NIGHT MODE!!!

Worthless app! You have to sign out and back in after every call because it won’t communicate with dispatch. Sometimes calls from the previous day I’ve cleared out show up again the next morning. It won’t allow Face ID either.

This app is more of a headache then it is to just write your own times down. You constantly have to close out the app and sign back in after every call to get it to update calls. It will not save your info to the iCloud Keychain or do a sign in by biometrics. You spend more time logging out and logging in than actually utilizing it. Also, you cannot set it to quiet. It belts out an annoying chime that will not stop until you physically get in and stop it. Which is not good if you have a critical patient and your hands are busy and your partner updates your status, or dispatch updates it.

Often when a new dispatch comes through, the app won’t show it until you close and reopen the app. Same goes for call updates. Data is not pulled to the app in real time. You have to close and reopen to make sure you have up-to-date information.

Does punching out even work on the MDT? Anytime I’ve got punches enabled for MDT, the punch out nor any notes with the punch out, are ever recorded. Just logs you out as if you had just hit the log out button and not the punch out. Be great if we could use the MDT punches but if it won’t let them clock out it does me no good anyway.
