This update was / is nowhere near as useful as the old one -- thursonlywan, 2025-01-05 ### *---- "Please update" The previous version was much better. Simple things like it retaining your most recent travel from and to locations no longer happens so you need to keep typing them in. Complete pain especially for the elderly. -- Scotsguy007, 2024-12-30 ### *---- "Completely Ruined!" The original app did just what I wanted. I could save the Glasgow bus stops I frequently used and then easily find the time of the next bus. Alternatively I could use the map, tap on a bus stop and get the info. Now neither of these options are available, it wants me to open an account (to steal my data) and expects me to type into boxes to plan a route. To add insult to injury it prevents me with a map of Edinburgh New Town! I’ve stopped using it and had to resort to the First Bus app instead. Pathetic! -- Social Ambulator, 2024-12-13 ### **--- "Shame" What’s happened to the traffic cameras? They were the most useful feature of the traveline app -- 73henny, 2024-11-23 ### *---- "Terrible Accessibility with Voiceover" This is far less usable than the previous app. I have to try to skip the map on every screen change. There is far too much information on the summary page. The addition of links to select places just adds complexity. Its hard to understand how such a backwards step could have happened. Please fix it or at least give us the other app back whilst you review. -- Mike voiceover, 2024-11-20 ### *---- "Eh??" Actually zero stars. I used the old version frequently but this new version is abominable! I have just got more and more frustrated. Having searched one journey I cannot start another- no matter what I do. I gave up and searched train and bus timetables separately. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!! -- Brali60, 2024-11-19 ### ***** "Who knew there was a new app!!!" Glad to see the “New App” statement on the top of the old app - it didn’t appear for me before today. Update: The new app is fast. And so far it’s as good as the old app. There’s plenty more on there to discover so looking forward to that. Nothing negative to report apart from the ‘Time to arrive’ didn’t seem to work as expected but I have yet to repeat this to see if there’s an issue. Would appreciate the logo of the Service Provider appearing to the right of the Service Number But BEWARE: I’m on the Citylink bus and the Scotland Citylink services (e.g.M9) are showing up as the Megabus service & logo when you drill down. Scotland Citylink is responsible for Megabus branded services in Scotland. This is confusing as you try to find the bus. It should show Scottish Citylink. -- Effpeegee, 2024-11-12 ### **--- "Why the Downgrade" I used to use this all the time. This new version however is a downgrade from the original, less info, less intuitive. An quite simply, dosnt look as good. -- Jacabyte, 2024-11-12 ### ***-- "Problem with basic functions" Just downloaded. Managed to navigate busy screens, but disappointed that ‘Arrive by’ appears not to work. This is what I usually use to search. -- Strathearn, 2024-11-09 ### ***-- "Cannot choose correct route from map" When I click on the stop from East Linton no matter which side of the road I try it directs me to Dunbar and not Edinburgh 😖 -- Lintonally, 2024-11-09 [View all Traveline Scotland reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Traveline Scotland Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/united-kingdom) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/germany) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/switzerland) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/belgium) - [Bermuda](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/bermuda) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/brunei) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/canada) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/chile) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/czechia) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/denmark) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/dominican-republic) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/ecuador) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/estonia) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/spain) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/finland) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/france) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/hong-kong) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/croatia) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/hungary) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/india) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/iceland) - [Jordan](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/jordan) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/kazakhstan) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/lithuania) - [Latvia](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/latvia) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/nigeria) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/new-zealand) - [Oman](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/oman) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/poland) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/singapore) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/slovenia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/turkey) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/united-states) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/argentina) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/south-africa) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/austria) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/traveline-scotland-TQYs/australia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
