Ok, with some irks.

This review is for the app and to Travelio, the property management company overall. Not directed to any room boy, cleaning service personell, or any property units itself. After a monthly stay, I got my deposit back within a week. But with Rp40K deducted and no details whatsoever on any charges billed. It may only be 1,3% of overall deposit value, but without any details this is basically robbing. -1 star. With the way this app spams you with the sheer number of ads to your notifications, you WILL miss any customer service chats. Maybe all these ads on my notification can let me know about any good promos, but for that I can just open the "Promo" tab on the app. Also more often than not you will wait at least 1 minute for an in app updating progress bar. -1 star. Next time explain any charges made to the deposit. And make it so that I can disable promo notifications. Everything else is up to expectations. But please don't be so hard on your contract employees on the field.

KASUS Pelecehan seksual, tidak digubris

saya menyewa apartemen dikawasan jakarta timur sejak juli 2023- pertengahan agustus 2023.. saya putuskan pindah dr apartemen tersebut yang padahal saya sudah membayar biaya sewa untuk 2 bulan.. hal ini karena ada seorang laki2 yg tinggal dikawasan tersebut sangat amat mengganggu saya, mulai dari senyum, melihat kesaya terus2 an dan stop melihat saya jika saya tidak disekitaran dia, lalu yg semulanya tinggal di lt 19 pindah selantai dengan saya.. saaat itu saya benar2 ketakutan dan tidak nyaman, saya laporan ke security gedung 2kali tidak digubris dan saya laporan ke travelio saya dilempar2 yang padahal sudah jelas di kontrak bahwa 1. travelio harus mendampingi saya, krn itu masi kawasan apartemen yg saya sewa 2. pada pasal 12 seharusnya saya diperbolehkan untuk pindah unit tanpa embel2 apapun , namun saya dipersulit 3. pihak travelio “mas jimmy” menyalahkan saya as a client (kan uda tau mba mengalami hal seperti itu ko tidak pindah saja) ini lucu bgt, jadi saya yg salah dan kasus saya ini sangat alot dan tidak digubris dengan serius.. akhirnya saya pindah dan harus juga menanggung kerugian atas sisa sewa dan saya harus terpaksa checkout.. dan ketika saya checkout saya minta dibantu refund pun dari pihak travelio tidak ada itikad dg baik.. buatkalian yaa , saran sayaa kalo mau cari tempat tinggal/ apartemen dll.. baiknyaa lewat travelio aja namun ketika mau sewa langsung ke pihak gedung saja, lebih murah dan jika ada komplain itu lebih ditanggapi dengan cepat
