### *---- "Do not use"
Misleading fees information - TravelNest advertise their fees as being 15% per channel, plus 5%. They do not make it clear that VAT will be charged too. After 1 booking through them where their fees including VAT came to 28%, I set my prices to be too high to receive any bookings, while I considered if I wanted to continue having a listing with them. If you list direct on Airbnb or Booking.com, fees are about 15%, so you pay an extra 13% to Travel Nest.

Changing pricing without permission - TravelNest then changed my prices for my listing without my permission by turning on 'smart pricing' without my authorisation. This resulted in me getting a booking at a price well below what I should be getting per night. As soon as the booking was made, I contacted the person who had made the booking and informed them of the situation. They were understanding and accepted the booking being cancelled. I also informed Travel Nest straight away. Travel Nest are trying to charge me a cancellation fee, even though the situation was caused by them changing my pricing without my permission.

Threat and intimidation - Travel Nest are now trying to intimidate me by saying that they will pass my debt on to a debt collection agency.

App notifications - app notifications do not work, even when you have them switched on, so you have to check the app or your account online to find out if you have messages or a booking.

I am a Super Host on Airbnb. I know how to manage a holiday letting listing. I would strongly advise listing directly on Airbnb and Booking.com yourself. There are far more settings you can  change by doing this and you have greater control of everything and access to 24/7 support, unlike with Travel Nest.

It would make life much easier if welcome emails for access went automatically as they do if you are just on the platforms. It's a lot of extra work typing it out every time.

This app is such a clumpy one! I cannot find where to change the price of our property, how to amend availability dates, how to get in touch with anybody!! And at first to get you on board they are VERY attentive then as soon as you are signed up they disappear!
