Travelocity / Expedia cancelled my reservation with ZERO notice.  I had the reservation for over 6 months.  My family and I were stuck in NYC with no place to stay on a Saturday night.  This is disgraceful!  No notice.  And then to have the nerve to send an email asking how my stay was?!?!?!  I do not blame the Hyatt at all.  But they were out of rooms, so we had to search Manhattan for a room at 8:00 at night with 2 children. Absolutely no notification whatsoever.  Unbelievable!!!!    I will forever be complaining about this site and encourage everyone that I know to never trust them.  I’ve never been so outraged and terrified in my life.  Thanks so much Travelocity/ Expedia!!!

Reserve un  auto en la aplicación . Llegando con la agencia del auto. No tenía auto limpios y el tiempo de espera era de 2 horas , además que ellos no validaban el seguro que ofrece la aplicación . Para entregar tenía que obtener un seguro con ellos que valía más que la renta. Y aparte ellos solicitaban $15000 pesos en un tarjeta para depósito.  Y en ese  momento unas personas estaban reclamando que el depósito no se lo habían devuelto desde hace 3. Meses. Estuve hablando con. Personal de travél y me dijeron que ellos solo son puros anuncios ellos no revisan quien se publica en su aplicación.

We booked flights through Travelocity including purchasing insurance if cancellation is necessary. We needed to cancel our trip due to passenger having pacemaker placement and cardiac stent placements. Travelocity denied the refund and was absolutely no help at all. We lost thousands of dollars on this trip and no one at Travelocity was interested at all in helping us. We will never use or recommend Travelocity again.

I was in Chile when I received a flight change. I contacted you to cancel my Boston Logan reservation 36 hours before my scheduled arrival and was informed that there would not be a refund since you had a 48 hours cancellation policy.
This is a very harsh penalty and makes me want to reconsider using your site. 😤

Car rental: Budget
Hotel: Ciqala Luxury suites - San Turce

Outgoing flight no issues - Return flight delayed no announcement for approximately 30 min - at which point passengers were advised 2 bathrooms needed repair - 15 mins went by were then advised boarding would be at a different gate - 

Budget car rental: not provided vehicle requested - parking in San Juan is difficult - upgraded to Jeep Wrangler not conducive for parking in a dense are such as San Juan.

Ciqala Suites loved my room, the staff: Gustavo, Giselle, Mirabel outstanding!  Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Will stay at Ciqala suites again!!

When booking with the app I learned through their mistakes that’s they book through booking.com anyway. When using the app it has you select dates and then changes the dates for cheaper viewing prices and then could cause you to book dates you didn’t select. When trying to change the dates or get a refund I learned they are a 3/4th party. SAVE TIME and MONEY and use something else.

They took the money from my account but didn’t actually book the flight. Now I have to wait for the transaction to be cancelled and it’s been well over 24 hours. I can’t get any actual help because it requires the booking to have taken place but since they go through with it i’m stuck. On top of that the flight that i had went up 100 dollars. All because they couldn’t get it right and book it the first time.
