I had the reservation for over 6 months. My family and I were stuck in NYC with no place to stay on a Saturday night. This is disgraceful! No notice. And then to have the nerve to send an email asking how my stay was?!?!?! I do not blame the Hyatt at all. But they were out of rooms, so we had to search Manhattan for a room at 8:00 at night with 2 children. Absolutely no notification whatsoever. Unbelievable!!!! I will forever be complaining about this site and encourage everyone that I know to never trust them. I’ve never been so outraged and terrified in my life. Y en ese momento unas personas estaban reclamando que el depósito no se lo habían devuelto desde hace 3. Meses. Estuve hablando con.
