TravelPlus: Travel & Expenses

I tried booking three trips including two international ones but couldn’t book any due to absolutely user unfriendly app. The other app that I am using made these booking possible with minutes. Also wrote an email to all provided contacts in escalation matrix but no revert. Tried calling the customer care number who disconnected my call.

Worst application to use, they are not simplifying the corporate travel, That are making it more complicated, I 2 have given feedback to my company, to remove tie up. The hotels shown on travel plus are 40-50% hiked, would request to make alternative choice.
