## TravelWifi Reviews in United States

### *---- "Horrendous Experience."
I’m here in europe for about a week now with no wifi that I paid for because day 1 I can’t get ahold of any support agents, Day 2 I get in contact with a support agent and he’s having difficulty activating the service so he says he’ll send me an email so I can take it up with someone else. Day 3 I get no email and I try calling them again and I can’t get through to any support agents again. Day 4 same thing. Day 5 same thing. complete waste of $100 for the most insignificant service I’ve ever received. Extreme waste of time and money. I typically shy away from reviewing but this service has just sent me through so many loop holes from waiting minimum 10 minutes every time to get told there’s no agents to agents telling me they’ll email me and never emailing me anything. Completely revolting device and even worse support team.
-- AmourMax, 2024-07-15

### *---- "Major scam. Go elsewhere."
They have no problem charging my card for service. Don’t deliver a QR code to activate and then are trying to hound me for more credit card information. Feels scammy. Go someplace else.
-- Allthegoodnamesaretaken1209, 2024-06-28

### *---- "Horrible"
The app does not work. One action within the app will perform a different task each time. I cannot connect my device to the app, I cannot pay without trying 5-10 times, and I have no way of knowing when my data plan runs out…

Well, I’m out of here…
-- Byeeeeeeee wifiiii, 2024-05-14

### ***** "Version 3.0"
Version 3.0 is a night and day difference ! The app itself is now clean ,has a better feel and extremely user friendly .

Data consumption now shows as well as the remaining days ! Great job !
-- DHopkins_, 2024-04-12

### *---- "What happened!"
Would give it zero stars but it won’t let me. I’m force to give at least 1 star. This app no longer works or recognizes my device so pussed I wasted my money to upgrade the sapphire.
-- h82write, 2024-01-23

### *---- "Garbage"
As of 21/11/2023 this app is garbage. Nothing works. save your time and stay away.
-- moaber, 2023-11-21

### *---- "OLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING"
Do NOT get the wireless sapphire if you’re living in an area with no windows ESPECIALLY if you’re deployed. I got this to stay out of the heat whenever I wanted to call my family and it only works outside. I talked to the horrible customer service and they confirmed I need a good service and it won’t work if you’re in an enclosed area DO NOT BUY
-- Ghjsnsbsbdbd, 2023-10-03

### *---- "app crashes"
can’t even add my device the app auto crashes would give it zero stars if that was an option
-- AJSucks, 2023-07-14

### *---- "Can’t purchase data plans with this app"
The app knows my TravelWifi Sapphire device but possible data plans won’t load. I’m back to using the old Sapphire app.
-- Derf1287, 2023-07-12

### *---- "Horrible"
App crashes, won’t even open!
