Description

Tread Assist aims to provide you with metrics that ordinary treadmills cannot provide. The app allows you to view your cadence in steps per minute, while running or walking on a treadmill. Workouts can be uploaded to Apple Health and/or Strava automatically.
Additional features include:
- The ability to set a target cadence with an acceptable range.
- View your current heart rate, heart rate zone, and calories burnt.
- Receive a tap on the wrist from your Apple Watch when you fall outside your configured target range.
- Configure a metronome to easily match your target cadence.
- Analyse your progress with statistics and charts of previous runs.
