## Treads App Reviews in United States

### *---- "No longer works"
The app has stopped working, and I’m being charged for a service that no longer offers my tire size. I can’t even use the app to cancel my subscription. No online support of any kind is available. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.

It was good when it was good. Now it’s TRASH…
-- dndjejsnandnens, 2026-06-05

### *---- "Appears to no longer work"
I’ve been trying to reach anyone for 8 months. Had a flat tire, scheduled service and vendor did not show up. After weeks of daily emails, in app messages and phone calls I have yet to hear from treads. They do however attempt to get payment every couple days.
-- rideshareco, 2026-06-02

### *---- "Locked out of my account"
I have tried everything try to make new account even will not let me login no matter what I try cannot get in contact with app support cannot send messages through the app cannot receive messages through the app. The app is just not working or responding. It always says timed out.
-- Jacob kouris, 2026-05-18

### *---- "They are ignoring my contacts"
I have paid off my balance and been trying to close my account and they are still charging my card and I no longer am able to reach out to someone
-- nellyp123, 2026-04-09

### *---- "Don’t get"
This used to be an amazing app/subscription, but is now unresponsive. I’m assuming they went under and continue to bill monthly with no way to cancel. I scheduled a maintenance for a tire repair and they never came, emergency roadside never answered, and there is so way to get in contact with anyone.
-- !?,.’nv, 2026-03-06

### *---- "Don’t subscribe"
No one is responding to emails, chat feature or text… continues to take payment but not providing any further services.
-- Ironman0822, 2026-02-17

### *---- "Horrible"
I have been trying for over two months to cancel my subscription and nobody will get back to me
They have no phone number to call only text with no replies email and no replies and chat no replies They renew your subscription automatically after your term and they will not answer any sort of communication so you can cancel they just keep charging you
-- bdjssn, 2026-02-06

### ***** "Reliable and convenient"
Always fast and always there when you need them. I have had a great experience
-- Yapper75, 2026-01-23

### *---- "FRAUD"
This company has seemed to have gone under. There is NO one that works here. Yet they continue to bill all their customers and cannot cancel on the app, this is a FRAUD. Services were great until mid 2025. The least they can do is to cancel all customers subscriptions and stop the auto pay. This is FRAUD. REPORT TO YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY.
-- CEO Fraud, 2026-01-18

### *---- "Customer for 5 years"
Treads app left me hanging on the side of the road on 12/22/25. I’ve been a paying customer 5+ years and this is how they treat paying customers! Please cancel my subscription!
