## Treat Description
Reach your weight goal, without the tracking stress.
Treat helps you lose or gain weight with minimal effort. No barcode scanning, no tedious searching for each single ingredient. Just log what you eat and how much you move by using photos, voice descriptions, or text. Treat will do the rest for you.

Each day, you get a simple overview of your calorie balance (which is the only thing that matters when it comes to reaching your weight goal). This balance is based on both your intake and your activity – because real progress only happens when both sides are visible. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain your current shape: Treat adapts to your needs.

With every entry, you’ll build more awareness through gentle daily feedback. You’ll notice patterns, develop better habits, and make smarter choices without even trying. Our daily stories help you understand what’s working and where to adjust – all based on your personal data.

Here’s what makes Treat different:
* Effortless input: Log meals and activities in seconds
* Smarter balance tracking: Both intake and output count
* No barcode scans or manual macros: Treat is designed to work effortlessly for you
* Daily feedback to build momentum: Easily consumable stories tailored to you individually
* Works for all weight goals: Treat will help you lose weight, gain weight, or simply track without a specific goal

Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve tried five apps before: Treat makes it easy to stay on track. No learning curve, no distractions, just clear signals and visible progress.

It’s free to get started – and just a few taps can change everything.
Try it now and feel the difference in your first week.

NOTE: Using Treat on a regular basis requires a subscription. Also, please be aware Treat is designed to support you in tracking your daily habits around food and activity – not to provide medical advice. ### ***** "Alternative to Ozempic"
Treat helped me as a natural alternative to Ozempic—no injections, no added substances, and no side effects for me. It even works a bit better and costs much less. Highly recommended.

### ***** "Simply great"
This app is something else as it actually made me change my habits like REALLY fast. Hard to explain, but it feels kind of like its entirely effortless, you just track your stuff on a daily basis and simply becoming aware of what you eat and what you do will make you adapt towards your goal. Been using it for a week now and already lost a pound. Thanks Treat! 🙏🏼
