This app is always crashing whenever I want to book an appointment

Το προσωπικό είναι απίστευτα ευγενικό και νιώθεις άνετα όση ώρα είσαι εκεί! Και πέρα απο τη συμπεριφορά, κάνουν εξαιρετική δουλειά!

I love the app, the only issue is the language. I am not greek but I live in Greek and still learning the language, there is no option for me to use this app in English while seeing the Greek market. Please add an option to use the app in a different language regardless of the selected country.

I cannot change language , I live in Italy but I want it in English. I can’t find any setting for this. Any idea?

I booked a service via treatwell. The salon cancelled my appointment a few hours before the treatment and only after I contacted them to ask something(!) After I requested to cancel my appointment and get a refund the salon stop responding(SCAM??). At the moment I have paid for a service I didn’t used, I have received no refund, I have filed 2 complaints in the treatwell app and website and I haven’t received any reaction neither from the salon or from treatwell. Terrible customer service. You should really be alerted for scammers in the app!

They won’t give the points at the final stage u are about to earn the money. Contacted customer support but didn’t work out. Just use it for the appointments and pay at the salon.
