## TreeRing Yearbooks Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Literally can’t do anything
-- flybystar, 2026-06-01

### *---- "I agree with the bad reviews"
I was not able to use the app on my phone or iPad to customize 10 pages. I had to dig up my old laptop, still glitchy on that also, but better. Now I have to order a second book at full price because I missed the deadline due to glitching on the request signature page.
They have minimum customer support when you reach out by email. I’m hoping to hear back by tomorrow…
-- SKY-B30, 2026-05-07

### *---- "Just no"
This platform is not user friendly
-- DPHooker, 2026-02-24

### ***** "Excellent"
Excellent app for me to upload all my photos. Seriously amazing. Take school photos at home ACH event and creat a folder on the app and upload the photos. So easy when I’m ready to create a page on the website.
-- Court422, 2025-12-04

### *---- "The worse!"
This is such a terrible app. Their website isn’t any better. Constantly crashes!
-- DottieO, 2024-05-11

### *---- "Fake reviews?"
Theses reviews have to be fake? This app and website is so glitchy I’ve been trying for three days and am working with customer support and can’t even sign in.
-- hskxbjejx, 2024-04-18

### *---- "So many bugs"
trying to finish the year book but it freezes all the time and always deletes something that was already saved.
-- Thaisato, 2024-04-16

### *---- "App is not user friendly"
Uploading pictures with the app was easy. However, the app makes editing and deleting pages and memories extremely difficult.
-- H. M 2013, 2024-04-04

### *---- "yikes"
why have a mobile app if you cant do anything with it lol? the website is good on computer but you cant even view your yearbook from mobile 💀
-- Siri Has Spoken, 2023-04-23

### *---- "Useless!"
I am unable to scroll from side to side so I can click on the edit button. Turning my phone sideways doesn’t help either as it stays in portrait mode.
