Gym Workout App & Fitness Plan

I'm looking for an app for creating my own workouts and having them in an organized manner. This app looked promising at first, but unfortunately it still lacks quite important features. For example, I want to be able to add my own rest periods between sets, mention the ideal rep range for each set, and specify how many sets I want to perform for that specific exercise. Also, there are many workout variations indeed, but if there's one that's really missing there's no way to add your own custom exercise. Even if it's just a description. Additionally, when performing a workout it would be nice if you had a button to proceed to the next workout without having to go back and forth for each exercise.

Um dos melhores apps que já instalei, NÃO COBRA, tem recurso para usar Apple Watch. Isso sim é um app que vale a pena pagar uma assinatura!

O app é ótimo, porém depois da última atualização, ele não abre. E olha que estou pagando um ano do app

Já usei alguns aplicativos, mas esse foi melhor . Você monta o seu treino e tem dicas de execução
