tried to contact them, there is no way to contact them other than email, which they DID NOT even respond to. Still didn’t get my item back, and didn’t even get a message back. Disappointing service.
i use the app everyday, and the app comes with improvements every update.
Didt receive code from SMS
Sometimes the wait can exceed 30 mins without prior notice. According to the map the driver is stopped somewhere not moving. Tengah makan ke apa? Why would you accept the order if you cannot pick up?? And sometimes there is a problem with the transaction and the order does not go through. No way to contact the driver either. Worst part is I do not refunded for any of these issues despite their customer service promising to refund. And no apologies for the bad experiences either.
Been waiting for a long time still didn’t receive any otp code. Pls fix it. Damn
Can’t add credit card. You can’t press the “SAVE” button after entering all Info. Then there is the TnG payment option. By the time you approve on TnG app, this stupid app will tell you that you’ve exceeded the time to make payment. Seriously?? 60 seconds payment window is already tight but even when you do it within the time given, you’ll still be told that payment was unsuccessful coz you exceeded the time. I had to repeat it 3 times to finally get a ride. In fact, I did it in front of a TREK driver and he confirmed the app is damn wonky. Lagi, after every failed attempt, you’d have to kill the app and restart again as all function buttons will be dead to touch. If this is the “solution to the last-mile” problem, then god help us all.
Tried using the app today. Extremely frustrating. Not user friendly at all.
1. Arrival time changes from time to time. Before payment, arrival time is 2 minutes. After payment made the arrival time changes to 15 minutes! 2. Sometimes, this happened to me, payment made but the vehicle never showed up. When report made, they simple said “our vehicle was there” as if I was the one to be blamed.
The app is quite easy to use. However on the screen the CONFIRM ride selection is blocked by the Heading ACCOUNT, so needs to improve the screen. Extremely difficult to click on the CONFIRM option.
