## Trek Description
Trek: daily practice mate helps you follow a lesson cycle and track your daily practice in one place.
Plan by lesson cycles
Set your last and next lesson dates so each cycle has a clear start and end. Add practice items (e.g. scales, études, pieces) with target reps and target tempos. Reorder items and carry unfinished ones into the next cycle when needed. Turn on "Practice in Order" to follow a fixed sequence during the cycle.
Practice with structure
On practice days, your plan appears as a checklist. Tap or long-press the +1 button to log reps, with optional sound and haptic feedback. For items with target speed, record your current BPM. Use the built-in metronome to practice in time, then mark the day done when you finish.
See your progress
Track consistency with a contribution calendar and rep history per item. View summaries by cycle and filter stats by period (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or all time). All data stays on your device.
Multiple profiles
Use separate profiles for different instruments, students, or routines. Each profile keeps its own cycles, plans, and settings.
Trek is built for musicians, students, teachers, and anyone who practices in cycles. Simple structure, minimal setup, no accounts required—just plan, practice, and log.
