The app supports both Norwegian and English languages, you just have to apply the language setting you want in your general phone settings. Note: most on-demand workouts are coached in Norwegian.

“TREN med Inger” gives you access to hundreds of on-demand workouts, training plans, monthly challenges, and a community chat forum. You will find strength training workouts (for home and gym), running workouts, short quickfix workouts, rehab workouts, post natal training, at the office workouts, technique tutorials and much more! We will also introduce workouts and content from selected specialist trainers so you can broaden your fitness experience.
