I used the Trenara app in preparation for the 2024 Valencia marathon. Thanks to the app I managed to conclude the marathon with a significant improvement of my personal best.

### ****- "Update met bugs"
Sinds de update zitten er toch nog wat bugs in. Herhaaldelijk moeten inloggen, responsiveness van de app is ook minder, doel blijft staan na reeds behalen, invullen van trainingsdagen werkt niet (lsd op woe en tempo op zondag werden omgewissed in schema). Kortom, toch nog wat verbeterwerk nodig.

Update: login opgelost met nieuwe versie. Probleem met loopdagen opgelost door schema vanuit settings te verwijderen en opnieuw in te stellen. (Dus niet via doelstelling pagina). Misschien probleem doordat mijn doel in de oude app was opgemaakt?

Trenara leerde mij gestructureerd en gefundeerd trainen met niks dan mooie loopmomenten en PB’s als resultaat. De flexibiliteit van de kalender en de Garmin export zijn een absolute meerwaarde voor deze maandprijs.
Sinds de laatste grote update is het wel af en toe even zoeken voor een gebruiker van het eerste uur 🤷🏼‍♂️😉

Trust the process, wie dit kan zal met Trenara op een verantwoorde manier mooie doelen kunnen afvinken. Consistentie en regelmaat worden beloond. Fijn om met Trenara een app te hebben die voor een fair bedrag een uitdagend schema voorschotelt. Zelf behaalde ik hierdoor in 2024 al mijn doelen, van eerste ultra tot een snelle 10k, 10 Miles en halve marathon.

Hij kijkt alleen maar naar de eerste training die vanuit Strava gesynchroniseerd wordt….
Las dat dan een wandeling is geef hij je loop erna niet gezien ….
Blijkbaar weet je toch niet goed wat ik wel gedaan heb 😜🤔

In het begin sceptisch over het zoveelste “appje” echter op aanraden van een sportieve vriend het een kans gegeven. 

WAT BEN IK BLIJ MET DAT “APPJE”!

Zondag mijn eerste halve marathon, Sub 2:00u is het doel! Bedankt aan Christophe om mijn zovele helpdesk vraagjes te beantwoorden, alsof de coach naast mij staan!

Great app in achieving goals from beginners till advanced runners. The paid peak pro version is the best option and can be considered to be the closest to a good personal trainer. Only missing hill climbing trainings for goals with elevation.

Al verschillende apps geprobeerd of loopschema’s online opgezocht, maar met Peak Pro heb je voor máár €10 per maand een persoonlijke “coach”. Een loopschema dat zich continu aanpast aan uw niveau en doelen, met als beloning steeds een leuke aanmoediging of beoordeling! 

Een must-have voor zowel beginnende als geoefende lopers! Al meermaals een PR kunnen lopen dankzij deze app!
