The cameras worked great for several years (and still do, many years later). The problem is that Trendnet no longer supports the apps that enable viewing. I contacted tech/customer support and the rep told me that I had to buy new cameras because they would not update the app to work with the latest ios. So, now I have several hundred dollars worth of perfectly good but useless equipment. I have a personal policy of never purchasing products from any company that abandons its customers. Still no updates!!!
