La app funziona ma non riconosce / prende i Bonus accreditati per ritardi precedenti

Non si riesce nemmeno a dire cosa non vada di quest’app. È piena di bachi. Messaggi incoerenti, tariffe che cambiano da un momento all’altro senza ragione, link con la carta di credito instabile… Da nominare per l’igNobel prize.

For some unknown reasons the option to load the e-ticket to apple wallet has been removed, now I have to dig into the app to retrieve it while any other carrier offers this time saving option. Please restore it.

Train delays are so common that Trenitalia doesn’t even bother to refund more than 25% of the ticket for “future Trenitalia tickets”, no matter the amount of delay. Just stay away from any Italian trains (or German trains, for that matter)

I bought a trenitalia pass but when I wanted to book a train trip in Italy it activated my pass, and it was not possible to stop it. I tried during a week to contact the customer service and received no reply… I am very disappointed as I just lost 135€ for nothing. I wish to be refunded but since no one respond to emails or phone calls I wonder if I will ever be able to get my money back…

..because is faulty and you won’t be able to use it. We bought it and we wanted to set the travel dates and make also some reservations as mandatory and as described how to use the pass.. but I could not choose anything. It just said your pass is activated and valid from 2.4.23 to 8.4.23. How can I change/set the dates, dear trenitalia! Also not possible to get in contact we you. Tried several options but not one could be sent as the links where not going anywhere or were linked back to the main page. Extremely unsatisfying this experience. Please get in contact with me to solve that problem or at least a voucher…as I list 129.00€ for a not working app!!!! 1 star is to much! Regards Erika Züger

80% of the connections are “not salable” according to the error I get when I try to buy a ticket. Pretty useless app

I bought for 144€ a Tren Italia pass. I did the activation and did the reservations for Saturday. Today (Friday) I noticed that I have to take a train today. I wasn’t able to change the reservations. So I lost 144€ to Tren Italia. I got a pass and was never able to use it. Don’t buy a Tren Italia Pass. Only buy Interrail passes. There you can change the routes, when necessarily. In this app you can’t change your trip. Even the Turkish Railways have a better application that allows ticket changes until 30 minutes before departure.
