Use geolocation and the Quick Purchase function to buy your tickets without delay. Pay however you like from among the many payment methods available (Credit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Satispay, Amazon Pay or bank transfer) or use your CartaFRECCIA/X-GO points, Bonuses, Credits or Gift Cards.
Manage your journey directly from the Home Page or from your Apple Watch, check all information on the status of the train, and check in to confirm your presence on board. Simultaneously manage your Business profile alongside your personal one, by switching easily between them!
NEW: What’s more, from 30 June you can plan your journey from the first mile to the last directly from the Home Page, by entering your departure and arrival addresses! Where available, you will be shown travel solutions with multiple means of transport.

Must have for Italy travel
Easy to book, change and cancel tickets. Easy to use while traveling. Minor improvements could make the experience better during delays or cancellations.
United States is not listed
Trying to register with this app so I can purchase tickets. Country of origin does not list United States or America. Also the password will not allow you to fill out the spaces even with the required characters. Very frustrating and annoying
No support
I like that you email them with a problem then they reply from an email address you can’t reply back to after they’ve provided absolutely no help.
No apple wallet support
Features have been removed, like adding to apple wallet, which was one of the reasons why I liked this app. Now it feels cumbersome. There's also an added step to validate the ticket, which feels like a cash grab.
Access denied
This app is worthless. Access denied when trying to create an account, book a ticket, or retrieve a ticket purchased on the website. Very disappointing.

Cannot use
Upcoming trip to Italy, would’ve liked to idea this app to contain our train tickets. Tried downloading 5 times over 3 days & each time we tried to create an account, we were denied access.

What kind of Italian train app can’t find any results when searching for”Rome”? Worthless.
Missing add to Apple Wallet
When did the app lose the ability to add a purchased ticket to Apple Wallet? The new system is awkward.
