Ich benutze seit einigen Monaten Tresorit und stelle fest, dass es als Datenbackup gut funktioniert.  Leider ist die Zusammenarbeit mit Apple und insbesondere der Dateien-App völlig unzureichend. Sobald den Datenspeicher eine gewisse Größe erreicht hat, kann iOS und die Dateien – App nicht mehr auf die hinterlegten Dateien zugreifen.

Leider erlaubt Tresorit für Privatbenützer („Personal“) nur drei Geräte – das ist zu wenig und eine unnötige Einschränkung, weil der Gesamtspeicherplatz sowieso beschränkt ist. Es ist die einzige Option; auch für Geld lässt sich nicht mehr buchen.

### ***-- "Offensichtliche Bugs"
Warum der eingebaute und unbrauchbare Dokumentenscanner als Premium Feature verkauft wird, ist mir schleierhaft. Selbst der ebenfalls unbrauchbare aber kostenlose iOS-Scanner in Apple Files ist besser. Also wenn Premium, dann bitte eine vergleichbare Leistung zu Premium-Produkten abliefern.

Apple Files Integration:

Hier bekommen alle Ordner und Dokumente das Unix-Datum 01.01.70. Während der Ordner-Navigation kommt es zu deutlichen Verzögerungen. Wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Entschlüsselung. Bis es was zu sehen gibt, 
taucht der Hinweis „Empty Folder“ auf. Zumindest funktioniert hier Drag n Drop, das funktioniert in der nativen App nämlich nicht, weshalb man diese auch nur bedingt nutzen kann. Somit ist man gezwungen zwischen den App und Files-App hin und her zu springen. 

Vielleicht sich einfach an der konfliktfreien Usability der Dropbox-App orientieren. Dann wäre auch der „Premium-Preis“ gerechtfertigt. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

### ***** "Bester Cloud-Speicher seit dem shutdown von Wuala"
Als langjähriger Kunde des Schweizer Cloud-Anbieters "Wuala" wechselte ich vor deren Shutdown am 15.11.2015, auf deren Empfehlung hin, zu Tresorit. 
Tresorit bot damals die gleiche Sicherheit wie Wuala, wenn auch noch nicht ganz deren Komfort und, insbesondere im Bereich "Photos", deren Geschwindigkeit.
Inzwischen sich Tresorit - sowohl bzgl. der angebotenen Features, als auch bzgl. der Performance - deutlich weiter entwickelt und ist m.E. im Privatbereich die beste und vielseitigste herstellerunabhängige Cloud Lösung. Natürlich gibt es Speziallösungen, die nur eine bestimmte Nische bedienen und dort dann naturgemäss besser aufgestellt sind, wie z.B. PCloud bei Bilder.
Die schwächeln dann aber spätestens bei Dokumenten, exotischen Dateiformaten, der Synchronisation über mehrere Geräte hinweg der Vergabe von Zugriffsrechten.
Tresorit hingegen ist für mich wie das Schweizer Taschenmesser: es ist vielseitig genug, um jede Aufgabe damit abwickeln zu können und präzise genug, um dies auch sicher und ohne viel Aufwand zu tun.
Als IT-Sicherheitschef einer mittelgroßen Behörde empfahl ich Tresorit des öfteren auch als DSGVO-konforme Lösung für die Speicherung oder die Übermittlung schutzwürdiger Daten, wenn sich um kleinere Anwendungen mit einer überschaubar großen Zielgruppe handelt, die nach einer schnellen und sicheren Lösung verlangten.
Alles in allem kann ich Tresorit jedem, der seine Daten als schutzbedürftig erachtet, sei es im privaten oder im KMU-Umfeld, nur empfehlen.
