## Trevo Reviews in Indonesia

### *---- "Mobil host hilang dibawa guest. Trevo no response."
Tolong bantu update terkait mobil saya yang hilang dibawa guest. Sudah 2 TAHUN smp hari ini tidak ada follow up lg dari tim trevo. Awalnya masih ditanggapi tapi 1 bulan berlalu sampai hari ini tidak ada 1 pun tim trevo yang memberikan jawaban pertanggung jawaban. Dihubungi juga tidak ada balasan sama sekali. Sungguh menyesalkan join trevo! Jangan sampai host yang lain bernasib sama.
-- Bepiy, 2024-12-25

### *---- "Full Bug, jangan download"
Kacau, baru aja bikin akun dan masih nunggu SIM buat verifikasi tiba tiba akun di blokir.. tombol Apeal mau di klik gabisa..
-- nyonganis, 2024-12-19

### *---- "UANG DENDA SEHARGA SEHARI BOOKING!"
Ngecancel booking tp duit gak refund, seenggaknya denda jgn full seharga booking 1hr! Merugikan org!
-- Jajsnakam, 2024-12-07

### *---- "Aneh"
Tiba2 bngt di block, pdhl baru req verified pake data2 dan masih ada yg pending kemaren, hari ini mau cek lagi udh approval apa blm eh malah kena block, aneh bngt asli
-- Nataaa99, 2024-12-05

### *---- "Aplikasi aneh"
Aplikasi aneh, setelah verifikasi data dan approval SIM malah ke blokir akunnya jadi gabisa kepake aplikasinya. Sebenernya ini buat collecting data aja atau gimana sih? Padahal sudah setuju dengan privacy policynya yg baru. Aneh banget
-- Pat181124, 2024-11-18

### *---- "Blocked when registration"
The account is blocked during registration even though you have provided correct and complete data. Even additional SATA was provided but the account was still blocked.
-- Hid ay, 2024-11-18

### *---- "Sampah"
Lakukan cancel padahal masih jauh hari karena ingin ganti mobil tetep kenak potong 1x sewa mobil, hati” guys gk ad pemberitahuan di appsnya. Ini semacem sebuah traps yg dipasang aplikator
-- Ngesstuu, 2024-11-15

### **--- "Kena charge kilometer"
Buat yg mau sewa trevo lbh baik bener" dibaca dulu ya dengan baik" rules nya jgn smp kejadian kaya saya. Saya sewa mobil di trevo 1 hari (24jam) trs saya keluar kota. Dan saya ga engeh klo cm dikasih jatah 200km perhari. Pas mobil dikembalikan, saya kena denda 549.000 karena katanya pemakaian saya lbh dr 200km. Nego nego nego alhasil ttp kena denda jadi 350.000 (saya ga mikir bakal kena denda). Memang mungkin kesalahan dr saya karena ga baca rules nya. Cm perasaan dulu mah gak ada batasan" KM. Jd skrg saran saya mendingan sewa di rental biasa aja.
-- Ygbersangkutan, 2024-11-04

### ***** "Sangat puas dengan Aplikasi ini"
Pelayanannya sangat ramah, saya rutin tiap bulan hanya saja untuk daerah grand wisata ga ada pool trevo nya, jauh mesti ke cakung.
-- Abddul Azis, 2024-10-16

### *---- "Very Low Service"
Trying to register so many times and never get approved and account always blocked never heard back after trying to appeal, very unprofessional service
-- gunghast, 2024-10-01
