To be clear, you added new pay and view flyer features without fixing old issues. The login requires 2-factor authentication (via email…smh). The swaps still get stuck. Don’t put your financial details into this app! DO NOT trust an app with this many bugs and the uncharacteristically high number of 5 star reviews paired with so many negative comments.
Love the APP but would like offers to automatically activate as I lose points regularly if I don’t click the offer. Frustrating especially since there is no way to retroactively apply the offer to a purchase.
Ever since the last update I’m unable to sign in. Little wheel of death just keeps spinning
A few necessary changes helped to be able to navigate but more importantly better user interface and experience
Love using the app just frustrating sometimes activating the bonuses sometimes especially when you get kicked out for technical issues n then the reward you activate is gone

I was at the Canadian tire at250 Kingston rd dec 28 2024 trans #65 operator 1269 and I did not have my card so I gave my phone number which did not come up. She had extremely long bulky nails and could not put it my number in properly. So she just threw me my receipt and I did not get my points. It was not busy. My bill was $167.21. I want my points.
