Choose a research-based plan for a Sprint, Olympic, half-distance or full-distance triathlon, or build your own. Plans build gradually, include recovery weeks and a race-specific taper, and fit around your next saved race. Every session comes with clear structure you can follow step by step.

Log swim, bike, run, brick, strength and recovery sessions, check in on recovery, and review your week. Connect Apple Health and Strava to import workouts. Track meals, hydration and fueling, and stay race-ready with pacing calculators, transition guides, race-week checklists and gear tracking.

Monthly and Yearly plans are available; the Yearly plan includes a 1-week free trial for eligible users. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
