## Tribecar Reviews in Singapore

### **--- "Booking procedure"
Chat bot very slow and unresponsive. Just call in for all matter. App need upgrade to more user friendly.
-- Usher72, 2025-01-03

### *---- "DO NOT USE TRIBECAR"
use tribecar at your own risk as eventually they will try to make you pay for car damages that you didnt even do and said will take further actions if you dont pay plus the damages photos they attached is not even yours. already told them the damages was there even before use but tribe will still say they done investigation and all those scam tactics excuses. they will make it sound like you really did the damages. easy easy make money like that they fooled the consumers. So from my personal exp i DO NOT RECOMMEND

-- Tacuh, 2024-12-17

-- Viztree, 2024-12-17

### *---- "Bad maintenance"

### *---- "Apps"

-- Jay Wigan, 2024-12-03

### *---- "AVOID AT ALL COST"
I am one that normally doesnt write BAD REVIEWS but tribecar got me. TRIGGERED ME. First off it took FOREVER TO EVEN GET MY DEPOSIT AMOUNT BACK!!! Its been 5-6months since i terminated my account and i have yet to receive any checks or follow up response from the team when they agreed to refund me back in a weeks time. SECONDLY, they accused me of breaking something and asked me to pay for the repair fees when the photos they send and the photos i took before and after were completely different photos. Wow! Still waiting for my apology and my money back! Tribecar good job. What a reputation yall have build
-- Hattipootie, 2024-12-02

### **--- "Support is poor"
Have been with tribecar slightly less than a year. The cars are ok. The apps and booking are fine. But I can’t say the same for the support. When you send an email (support), they take many days to reply you. When you reply to that email, they take another few days to reply you. There is no personal touch. There was one incident a car had issue and the clock was ticking. I called and waited and waited and waited… (at least 10mins before the call was taken). So for those signing up for tribecar, please expect no customer service but the car is ok.
