## Trident Mindset Description
Trident Mindset is a mental toughness and mental health training program created by Navy SEALs and neuroscientists that teaches proven tactics for reducing stress, increasing happiness, and thriving during adversity.

We believe the quality of your mindset determines the quality of your life. Our mission is to teach you to master your mindset so you can live your happiest life.

Trident Mindset teaches 12 proven tactics that will help you be calm, effective, and happy no matter what life throws at you: micro-goals, focus, breath control, intentionality, choosing the wrench, stoicism, discipline, meditation, mindfulness, flipping the script, self talk and visualization. Through concise daily lessons, practice exercises, and check-ins, you'll learn to master all 12 tactics.

The program begins with the Mindset 101 Course - a 12-day course that introduces you to 1 of the 12 mindset tactics each day.

Then you'll advance to the 12-month Mindset Mastery Course. Each month teaches you to master 1 of the 12 tactics. Each day of the month includes a 5-minute lesson, practice exercise, and check-in that teaches you something new about that month's tactic. We spend a month on each tactic, so you have time to turn the tactic into a lasting habit before you move on to the next one.

We believe life should be spent being happy. But it can be hard to find happiness amidst all the adversity and challenge we face in life. In our careers, we were fortunate to learn a set of tactics that helped us be calm, effective, and happy no matter what was going on. These tactics proved themselves in the laboratory, on the battlefield, and everywhere in between. Learning these tactics changed our lives profoundly, so we're now dedicating our lives to teaching them to everyone.

By learning to master our mindsets, we can all learn to be calm, effective, and happy in every moment rather than only when things are going well. We hope you'll join us.

Onward!

## Trident Mindset Reviews in United States

### ***** "Incredible Training!"
I’ve been taking the Trident Mindset training for about 2 months now and it’s been incredibly helpful. It’s become my own personal training coach that I listen to every morning. When I’m finished with all of the courses, I’ll likely start over and keep my morning training going.
-- bertag45, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Disappointed"
I’m shocked that an app based on discipline and consistency can’t even communicate with people who pay for a yearly membership. I have reached out to them in every way possible and have had zero response. It’s like a ghost town. The app itself is just okay, some glitches. And the information seems to repeat itself. I regret spending money on this. Use caution before doing the same.
-- JoannaCali, 2024-12-24

### ***** "Trident"
Excellent program
-- advntr01, 2024-12-23

### **--- "Good content, garbage app"
While most of the content is very good (with the notable exception of some significant erroneous medical information), the app is garbage with very limited functionality. Tech support is equally dysfunctional.
-- KLdenver, 2024-12-21

### ***** "Excellent!"
First time I used this I felt that it would be a great tool to learn how to manage my life and situation. The first lesson had some great key points and I know it will only get better! Great App!!!
-- Dreamlife73, 2024-12-19

### ***** "Great education"
I sure could have used this mentoring when I was in. This is hard earned wisdom. Share it with a young person ASAP. Help make this country better.
-- Joe Snuffy xc, 2024-12-17

### ***** "I don’t write reviews, but…"
I will for this one because it’s saving my life. I’m still only on the free trial and I’ve already gotten a lot out of this app, and will gladly pay for it. It’s obvious this was carefully constructed. Thank you guys for making this app. I found this just when I needed it. ♥️
-- Goldpowder13, 2024-12-16

### ***** "Excellent App"
I am a retired Supervisory Special Agent and I taught Firearms at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Georgia.
You guys are 100 percent on track and doing a fantastic job. The topics you discuss we struggled with adapting to our lessons plans when we transitioned to the Sig P320 with a Red Dot Optic.

I only wish we would have had access to this program for the Special Agent Trainees.

I am currently the Chief of Police for a school district in Texas. I am not using this program for my officers yet, but I have started incorporating your lessons with the student athletes, it’s so helpful when they can hear someone else (your audio lessons). They are engaged and retaining the topics. Our goal is to implement the lessons into the off season for next years football team.

My only issue is the app doesn’t accurately record my goal streaks. I listen daily, but it doesn’t always capture the session on my streak calendar. First world problems I guess.
Onward.
-- JP Moseley, 2024-12-14

### **--- "Completed programs not marking"
The information content is excellent, great advise but the apps now are not showing completed when you do complete them and mark the as such so in return it’s skewed all the data of streaks and such….
-- Jerry Maguire1, 2024-12-07

### ***** "Best Decision I’ve Made In 2023"
Taking this course has helped me to reframe thoughts and ideas. It’s given me tools that I’d never heard before and they really work. Signing up for this course is the best decision I’ve made (so far) in 2023.
