TriDot took all the hard parts of training out of the equation for me. All I had to do was open the app and execute what it told me. I could DEFINITELY feel safe yet consistent improvement to my fitness as I trained with this app. On race day, I couldnt believe how prepared I felt for all 3 disciplines of my Ironman 70.3 race! I could not have tackled such a huge race without the guidance and programming of this app! Also, if you go with the cheaper plan, it still gives you great training! So this app is incredibly helpful yet also doesn’t break the bank! I definitely recommend this for beginners and seasoned triathletes!
