This app is priceless. I deal with chronic myofascial pain and fibromyalgia. This app gives me the ability to know where to release the trigger points that are causing my pain. It’s like having Travell & Simons' Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction:The Trigger Point Manual in an app! Thank you for helping me manage my pain.
Crashes upon activation on iPad. iOS 16.
I have been doing massage for years, and have been trying to get the pressure points down. Finding a good map of the body has been a journey. This is the BOMB! And all of th little side notes are wonderful. Thank you!!!
Nothing more to say
So often a great homeopathic pain relief.
Good n helpful
Great starting point for understanding the real sources of pain. Once you have a better idea of what’s causing the problem you can discuss options with a health professional or do further web research. Not the final answer by any means, but a great resource. (I was a certified massage therapist, so I have experience to back my opinion.)
This app recommended by my PT. Gives me good overview of areas that we are working on. I really like the visuals. I think app makes it easier for a non-medical person to “connect the dots”.👍
This app is described as a guide and it does that job.
