Physiotherapist and Trigo founder, Frode Skjelvan has been helping athletes and patients achieve their goals for over 25 years in his native Bergen, Norway, and has the vision to bring his philosophy of supported self-care to everyone, via Trigo app. At Trigo we believe everyone should have access to high-quality physical therapy so we have built this app based upon Frode's three philosophical pillars, which he calls Conditioning | Connection | Cognition ...and at the centre is you; you are in control and Trigo will help you with your journey to better musculoskeletal health and performance.  

Trigo routines have been professionally curated by Frode and the Trigo physiotherapists and your activities will be delivered to you each day right into your app, blending Conditioning | Connection | Cognition to help you understand more about your musculoskeletal health and help you maintain motivation. So, whether you wish to gain, to regain or maintain flexibility; to improve your sporting performance; or to overcome injury or pain; you are in the right place. 

If you wish you may choose to connect with a Trigo physiotherapist for an in-app video consultation, professional video assessment and a personalised routine, along with in-app chat and coaching support; these premium professional services are totally optional. Charges are communicated in the app at the point of booking so you can decide what's best for you.
