Ever since the new update was installed, it keeps kicking me out on my phone and won’t let me back in. This is a DISASTER TrillerTV. I’ve been a customer for three years, AND THIS IS HOW YOU REPAY ME!? I’m supposed to be ordering All In off of TrillerTV soon. I can’t pay for it on the Website because it may make my Bank think I’m making a dodgy payment. This is why I want AEW to be on Sky Sports. So I won’t have to put up with issues like this. In short TrillerTV, FIX IT!
Doesn’t let you cancel after a free trial or cancel your subscription. Customer service are awful. Avoid.
Bought app for AEW PPV’s, but also now purchased the package to watch the weekly shows like Dynamite. When watching live, I have had no issues, works great. When wanting to watch again a PPV, or watch Dynamite later as I didn’t want to stay up at night to watch live as it starts 1am in UK. The video keeps freezing, so having to close and restart if it doesn’t get going itself. This can happen around 10 times or more for a 2 hour show for Dynamite. This is annoying and why I have rated a 3, if wasn’t this issue, the app would between 4 and 5.
I mostly watch through my iPad and Apple TV. For the Apple TV it’s largely what I would expect. For the iPad, there’s a few misses that really drag things down for me as an app. The skip 10 seconds used to be longer and in wrestling there’s a lot to skip. Even when you try to skip there’s a delay that means it takes much longer to skip than say how it works on YouTube. Please fix this as it’s a pain. Also scrubbing through an episode of AEW (I’m a fan but there’s lots to skip) often is unreliable so I end up just watching highlights on YouTube as it’s less painful. I’ve gone from always being subbed to AEW+ to every now and then. It’s mostly AEW not being the banging 2 hours it used to be, but this app on the iPad makes it harder to justify for the experience compared to YouTube which is a nicer viewing experience. Please fix the skipping options. PIP works though which is good.
Sporting game started an hour late.. missed the first half.. why would I pay for this?
In a recent update, the cast icon to connect to chromecast devices has been removed from videos. Instead you have to look in settings and add a PIN code from the chromecast device you’re casting to…except the correct PIN codes always result in an error message on the TrillerTV app. Support is beyond clueless. A ruined experience that’s all the sadder because the previous system worked wonderfully.
Was so delighted to find an app which shows Dutch and Portuguese football highlights. And even better with the Portuguese league I could got back more than just the last weeks action. So started watching and no voiceover or commentary surely with all the freelance commentators out there we could have got someone? Glad to say it not the case with the Dutch highlights.
I watched AFC Asian Cup 2023 and the quality was incredible! Customer service was so engaging. I really enjoyed matches from Fite tv! I know it would be difficult to broacast EPL but hope you get other fantastic leagues such as K-league, J-league in East Asia.
Good for aew plus in the uk not having to wait days to watch it on tv for such a low price for 3 shows a week plus all the back log of episodes and a discount on the ppvs never had any streaming problems during live ppvs in my 4 years of using the app
The app works fine for me, across all the platforms I use it on - I would love the ability to download so I can watch on my commute, or when I know my internet will be poor.
