Variable accuracy

I have found this app frequently inaccurate leading to longer trip times. TripView seems to be much more accurate and no ongoing monthly fees

Rubbish from the very 1st minute

I downloaded this app, first thing it asks you is upgrade- for a fee?!?! Then in planner it allows you to enter start location but freezes when you enter destination. No good!

Total rubbish!

Just try entering a new trip!

Badly constructed app

To way to save trips, look at other apps, this program is mess, give it someone at bus stop !

It needs a realtime map like AnyTrip and trip view

I can’t see where the bus stop is, and I can’t see where the bus is. It’s okay

I think this app is terrible. And to think that NSW Transport charges people for it! Unbelievable

Awful UI

This app is ridiculous, who designed it? No travel app makes you define a trip in the same way, for good reason. It’s so rigid that it’s a nightmare to use. The travel alerts section is completely useless, as it shows literally every travel alert for the whole of Australia, so no way to find the ones relevant. Same with trackwork. And not only that, it doesn’t seem to have the correct information, as it’s not showing any of the upcoming bus replacements fray TrainLink have declared.

Disappointed

Sadly, the app planner incorrectly calculates train connection times with the result that it gives you false start times from your location and the wrong time for your initial train to catch. Perhaps staff on the trains could be held yo be made aware when a train gas arrived at s nearby platform and there are several people travelling from the arriving platform to that about to depart train. Unlikely, but worth mentioning as app times are a perfect world that does nit always intersect with the reality onnthe ground.

Easy for high school

I’m going into high school and it was terrifying thinking about catching trains but with trip planner it’s so easy! There aren’t any ads and honestly I love it! It’s similar to the website, but easier to access.
