Does not update with a cell phone . Not practical for large groups . Without a laptop you cannot update

I used this App every minute during the 15-day group vacation in Europe. It is just perfect!!

Everything was so easy and convenient. The agent replied to emails in a timely manner. The room was exactly what I reserved. Our flight had many delays coming to our designation and she made a text portal and kept all parties informed. I highly recommend Sneakaway to everyone!

Don’t know what I would have done without this app. Traveled to Costa Rica and was able to download everything in this app so that I did not need WiFi or cell service to look up any of our reservations, excursions etc

This is a fabulous app to use while you were traveling . The travel agency that I was using for my trip in Portugal suggested that I download this app. All the detailed information was right at my fingertips. All the detailed notes for the day, along with pictures, and the appropriate times and name of the tour operator was right at your finger tips. It was easy for me to share this information with the rest of the people in my travel party. And one of the best features, is that this app allows you to directly communicate with your tour operator, either via chat, email or or a phone call. Will definitely use this app for future travel

Days of port were wrong, dinner day reservations were wrong, no updates real time. Worthless.

I’m so impressed with this app and my planner. It has every detail about every city, accommodation, and adventure we’re going on. All the documents and tickets in one place. Contact info for things I never thought to make note of such as my embassy, emergency phone #, local police, etc. Even has tips on currency, voltage, scams, and I could go on and on. So impressed.

I’ve found this app super helpful to easily access all the bookings my travel advisor made for us and the ability to chat within the itinerary is helpful. However, it’s annoying that I can’t add my own reservations. Example, I booked my own flights and a train segment but there is not a way from me to add this. The other thing that would be helpful calendar integrations.

Excellent App. Perhaps there could be a way to add comments or update information? For example: today we had a semi-private tour of Vatican. We started 30 minutes later than scheduled and the limit was suppose to be 13 or less in group and there was 20.
