No matter how many times I reinstall the app it always gives me the same response - invalid login details. Obviously the website is what is the preferred mode of booking & communication with this company. I even tried troubleshooting with the contact centre. No joy at all. Luxury Escapes on the other hand, works perfectly and you can easily swap between app and website.

When you pay your money it starts No1 when overseas and have a accident halfway through your holiday trip a deal will not help you from the time you have the accident in any way you are on your own No2 when you finally get home to Australia they will not return any of your calls no matter how hard you try to get information from them No3 your experience will be horrendous and your hard earned holiday is a nightmare

Like other reviewers, I can’t log in via the app, which is a bit unsettling given we have just paid thousands for a holiday. Thankfully I can see everything is there when I log in through the website. But why offer an app that doesn’t work or causes confusion? Either support the app or get rid of it.

As per earlier review I have same issue can’t login via the app just keeps going to password reset then says email invalid.
I sent a question in via the contact option for support and have not had a reply. No reply.  Very disappointed as really like some of the trips but put off with such poor customer service.   Imagine if you needed help while overseas 🤷‍♂️
