No matter how many times I reinstall the app it always gives me the same response - invalid login details. Obviously the website is what is the preferred mode of booking & communication with this company. I even tried troubleshooting with the contact centre. No joy at all. Luxury Escapes on the other hand, works perfectly and you can easily swap between app and website.

Can’t create an account as it won’t accept a valid password and then I can’t get out of the login screen.

I cannot get the app to work… my email and password are correct and works beautifully through the url ….. but cannot log in through the app!’ Extremely frustrating!!!

Unable to log in. Doesn’t recognise email and/or password. Super frustrating. Have to log in via safari or chrome. The app used to be great and super easy to use / find tour documents in…..please fix these issues ASAP!

What is the point of this app apart from advertising? It doesn’t work for TripADeal customers who need to log in.

Unable to login. Reset password. Password is still wrong and still can’t login. Massive waste of time.

When you pay your money it starts No1 when overseas and have a accident halfway through your holiday trip a deal will not help you from the time you have the accident in any way you are on your own No2 when you finally get home to Australia they will not return any of your calls no matter how hard you try to get information from them No3 your experience will be horrendous and your hard earned holiday is a nightmare

Trying to set up account. Receive the email with the verification number and add it. Also have to add a new password so do that. Only to receive a invalid email address message. Stupid app. Delete delete.

Like many other reviews, I can not login. It keeps taking me back to the login page each time I enter my details. This means I can’t see any of my upcoming trips which is unsettling.

I have finally decided to delete App. It is useless! Cannot log into it, reset password numerous times, saying I have no trips booked and when I try to login it keeps going back to login page.
