I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this app so far! I’ve made so many friends both online and in my area, there’s groups & plans for everyone. The app is so easy to use and I’ve been loving it since day 1. I’m also going on my first solo trip this year thanks to TripBFF and I’m excited beyond words. Keep up the amazing work!!! ☺️❤️
when i first downloaded this app i didn’t expect it to be so good and easy to use, it’s perfect for people that might be scared of going alone, or even for people that wanna get to know some tips on a particular place! i love it, the amount of time i spent on this app in the last few months is insane!! if i could give it a 6th star, i definitely would:)
Such an amazing concept. Going on my first backpacking trip in 2024 hosted by tripbff, so beyond excited to bring these plans to life! The app is so easy to use and I’ve made so many friends!
Amazing app for finding people and information for travelers
Haven’t used this app to connect with other travellers yet but LOVING how it’s set up and there’s so many cool people in here!! I’ll 100% be using this for my next trip. Amazing way to connect with like-minded people. 🌏✈️

Trip BFF has amazing core functionality. The UI is impressive, the app is responsive and services the core need of the user. While I really believe in the concept, and the potential growth/demand for it (as seen by group chats such as TTS, and the virality of the app), there are some areas that need to be accounted for, to reach its full potential. 1: Connecting users, users are put into group chats for our local areas, which makes sense if I am currently travelling, but inevitably, the chat will end up having more residents of the country than travellers. This can be modified so that you are only added to that chat when you add “trip dates” to your account that specify that country, that way, the chats consist of travellers not residents, and they won’t become u serviceable at high scale (1m+ users per country). 2. Further functionality for connecting users would be to have the “nearby” page show traveller profiles, also based on the “trip dates” added to a users profile, so that I am not seeing country residents, these can be targeted algorithmically using the “interests” tab on the profile, and also allow users to filter by gender or interests manually. 3. The trending plans tab is great, but this could also be enhanced by a user adding trip dates to the profile, as the user can then have a “trips for you” section, that correlates ur travel plans with a group that is going, almost like a pre-trip group chat. These group chats could also be tagged with “interests” that allows the user to see groups that more align with their travel ideals. 4. Improving User retention: a key to building a successful application, is giving users a reason to come back. In the niche of travel, I believe all travellers have an affinity for reliving and also seeing their peers experiences as they happen. This is also a massive source of fomo for the user, and entices booking future trips. A main page that services this content, either based on algorithmic watch time, or based on manually input user “previous destinations”, people they have connected with previously, upcoming trip destinations, and things akin, I believe would greatly improve user retention, essentially like having travel-Tok in ur platform but better. - A side functionality would be adding a travel “connection” button, similar to “following” so that you can have a list of travel buddies attached to ur profile, this allows you to algorithmically connect travellers better, which is ur apps core functional
