While I planning a trip with other fellow travelers and locals I have been banned for doing nothing, Im sure I did not violate any guidelines but they did a mistake and I sent them many emails but no one of support team response to me since a month so don’t waste your time here
This app has some great potential for solo travellers to make friends. However: 1. Ridiculous price of $30/month 2. It lacks one major component which is the last login or last online status of its users. So you may try to message other travellers nearby you without knowing that they may have logged out of the app long time ago and you’re basically messaging a “ghost”. You won’t know which users are still active or inactive. So could be a waste of your time trying to find the active ones to actually plan something together.
the app doesn’t load at all since the new update few days ago. its such a great app and ive been using for months. I just think lot more people could just hop into this. however now its broken :(

I am a Software Developer & so I rarely ever leave a negative review but this really got to me. After subscribing the “premium” feature isn’t even accessible because the app will always crash. I wrote to the founder but got no response.

It’s decent. There seem to be a lot of users which is good. But there need to be way more filters. If you make your own plan, you should be able to filter who joins by at least age and sex. Countless men try to use this as a dating app or try to convince women to “visit my city”. Another example are plans named “Erasmus Students” and you end up with 35 year olds in there. It’s good to be inclusive, but every plan does not need to be, it’s also just a safety risk. I really wish there was a feature where you would automatically be put in a chat based on the dates you are going somewhere. Similar to how hostelworld does it. It would make it a lot easier rather than finding a specific plan or making your own and having no one be able to find it or join.
