I had very bad experienced with this app. Don’t use your bank card here (no safe your card and details)which was use by someone else and customer service support not letting me any information regarding who use your card. Very disappointing service by customer service.
The go to platform for all your travel needs
I managed to save money on flight ticket that is even cheaper than buying on airline website. Definitely the go to platform for all your travel needs
This app is a joke
People are useless and cancel tickets and can’t issue tickets don’t get app
Avoid using it
Everything is fine until you have some something going and and needed it to cancel or change your tickets you won’t get your refund or even voucher easily. Trip.com told me there won’t be any money refund to me at all when i cancelled one of the ticket. However, i checked with the airline policy myself and they do offer voucher for cancellation. Then i came back to Trip.com and asked about it and they went ahead and submitted the request for that voucher which was successful. Even you get the voucher from airline, trip.com won’t just let you have all the details of voucher and book flights by yourself. You have to go through them to book the tickets to be able to use the voucher. Their prices are not thay much cheaper compare to the actual airlines so please avoid them to not having to contact them every single day to sort out your issue.

Hire car we did not get
We book a car show up to get it and they would not give me a car I was told to call trip to get a refund but trip tell me I can’t have it because the time off Cancellation or a refund was Pastime I need to call 1 hrs before that time I pick up the car . But I want the car but there was no car there for me so I had to Book one with an Another companies. Bad keep away . And you can see there is a lot off bad reviews about them. Did not get my money back
