Booked a flight from kochi to toronto Via abudhabi and cairo. Never informed about the visa requirement at abudhabi and was not able to check in for my flight. Missed the flight and didn’t get a refund. One of the worst agency to book flights. Please if you do care about your time and money try booking it from other agency or through airlines official site. They are scamming the passengers by giving them cheap tickets via multiple countries and not providing them enough information about the visa/transit visa which we have to take while transferring from multiple countries. The customer service Ha Ha Ha, 👏never really understands our concern and never got a solution. They keep on repeating the things they were trained even if we address our issues. Worst customer service agents. Never going to book a flight or hotel from this app nor going to recommend to any of my friends or families.

太省好用的app!
我覺得trip.com是最省錢，好用，搭機服務最好用的軟體。訂最便宜機票、旅館、接送車，打折、給trip coins都不手軟。我最近已經使用桃園免費貴賓室了，結果回程只是多訂一張機票給女兒，又升級成鑽石會員！又有一次貴賓室使用權。系統也一路發指示：幾號櫃台check in 、幾號登機門、行李轉盤，真像私人秘書帶領著，對旅遊體驗加分不少。接機也用他們系統的車輛，可用coins 及折扣，省下不少錢，而且司機先生是不限時不加錢等候，真的好處多多。我現在知道旅遊一條龍服務找trip準沒錯！
No real deal! More expensive than google!!
Horrible app, waist of space and time

I booked a room for 480 Canadian dollars for 7 days. The amount for 7 days is 3360. When I wanted to pay, I was asked to pay 4036 dollars. I am surprised why.

Dishonest Agents & Managers
This app is horrible. The customer service is horrible. Trip.com is run by agents who act as managers and provide false information. The prices are lower than Expedia, but the customer service Expedia provides is well worth than the lying agents that answer phone calls. I have never seen such bad service in my life
