Their shamelessness has no limits. When comparing prices offline, and short before purchase the tickets are sold off. But at the same time with VPN on the other laptop are tickets available for a much higher price. Trip.com is getting from the best in the market to the worst. 👎
Trip.com is a fantastic app for your bookings! It is accurate, safe and the help center responds back instantly!! No hidden fees only the actual prices! 100% recommended
The company is based in China and when you request a detailed invoice they send it to you but only in the Chinese currency and refuse to send it to you in any other currency, irregardless of the currency you have payed. I raised the matter with their customer service team which stoped responding after a few emails because “the invoices are automatically generated” and there is nothing they can do.
I don’t know who gave this app 5 stars but it certainly does not deserve it. Neither does the travel agency. ⚠️ DO NOT I REPEAT, DO NOT! BOOK ANY TRIPS USING THIS SERVICE ⚠️ Not only do they recommend, even though cheaper, inconvenient trips that do not work - they recommended me a one stop connection trip with one hour lay over where I had to re-check in my baggage and, I admit I am new to traveling so I thought it would be fine but because of a delay in the first flight I had to miss the second. And then after researching I found out NO OTHER TRAVEL AGENCY RECOMMENDS CONNECTED TRIPS WITH LESS THAN 2 HOURS LAYOVER IF U NEED TO RE-CHECK IN. What a scam! Besides that, the service is beyond bad. The airline canceled one of my flights and immediately sent a full refund which I confirmed with the airline multiple times and I had more than enough proof which I gave to the agency and even then they REFUSED to give me my refund. If I didn’t alert them to my flight being canceled and the airline sending refund they would not have told me at all! I had to contact them EVERYDAY to ask for my refund and they repeatedly lied to me and gave me false timelines & information. They kept “urging” my case and telling me to wait but if I didn’t contact them I don’t think I would have ever gotten my refund. They do not let you speak to any manager or someone that might know more about your case and when I asked for a manager THEY LET ME SPEAK TO SOMEONE THAT CLAIMED WAS A MANAGER AND REASSURED ME I WOULD GET MY REFUND IN A WEEK BUT WHEN A WEEK PASSED AND I RECEIVED NOTHING AND CALLED AGAIN THEY INFORMED ME THERES NO MANAGER WITH THAT NAME! So this company was also playing me for a fool! I thankfully got my refund 4 months after the airline confirmed they sent the refund back to the agency and that only happened because I kept calling everyday. Horrible experience. Horrible service. If you see this app or website don’t even THINK of using it.

ไม่มีเลข otp มาให้ ตัดบัตรเอง แย่มาก ติดต่อขอความช่วยเหลือก็ยากมากในภาษาไทย ห่วยสุดๆ จะขอเรื่องลบเลขบัตร ก็ทำไม่ได้ ถ้าโดนแฮกทำไง แย่มาหๆ
