Η πρώτη μου επαφή με την εταιρεία και μοναδική έχοντας κλείσει εισιτήρια για το νησί της Κω και ζητώντας να αλλαχθεί το όνομα στο εισιτήριο (Να προσθέσω το δεύτερο όνομα ) οι αποσκευές μου που είχα πληρώσει στο πρώτο εισιτήρια δεν συμπεριλήφθηκαν στο επόμενο εισιτήριο με αλλαγμένο το όνομα ενώ είχα ήδη πληρώσει για αποσκευή και για την αλλαγή του ονόματος κλήθηκα να πληρώσω τις αποσκευές μου ξανα στο αεροδρόμιο. Η απάντηση της εταιρείας ήταν : We are sorry to inform you that we could not compensate the baggage you paid at the airport.

Had a huge trouble with check in
Had a really unpleasant adventure with my trip, the app wouldnt let me check in online and I had to do it at the airport, it was super stressful because I couldn’t find my booking and I was charged plus 60€ .

Lost so much money!
Booked an international flight. We were transiting through India which does not require a visa. Also the app does not notify you about a visa anyway. When at the airport, they did not let us board the flight. Turns out that you need to self transfer when in India and that requires a visa! Trip.cpm of course did not warn us. When we asked for a refund we were told that their policy is “it’s the customer’s responsibility” what a convenient policy! We got zero money back, lost time, missed events. What is the point of paying a middle man to book your tickets for you, if this is the service they offer?
Fail to check in
I book flight through this app and I could not complete the check in so I ended up paying at the airport 40€. Similar apps like this send you a notification when the check in is open.
Really bad Service
I booked a ticket for one day later, and after ten hours the cancelled my booking telling me that I have to proceed to the site of the airline. When I finally try to book a ticket from the site of the airline there wasn’t availability. I don’t suggest it. Stay away.
