I purchased a ticket with this app! I couldn't check in online and every time that I tried, I got the message that online check isn't available! At the end I had to pay the penalty because I couldn't check in!
Cheating
I dont recommed using this app. The agent fee is extremelly high, and as they say it can be senp as C-Money later on hotels. I looked through at least 200 hotels but I couldn use my point. So they just steel your cash. If you book a train or a flight that has been already booked by other users befor Ctrip minuses your money and give it back only after a lot of time! I never use it again!

กดยกเลิกรายการ ได้ แต่ไม่สำเร็จ ลูกค้าไม่รู้ว่าไม่สำเร็จ โดนตัดเงินไปฟรีๆ จะมีปุ่มให้กดยกเลิกทำไม พักก็ไม่ได้พัก เพราะไม่รู้ว่ายกเลิกไม่สำเร็จ แย่มาก

ไม่มีเลข otp มาให้ ตัดบัตรเอง แย่มาก ติดต่อขอความช่วยเหลือก็ยากมากในภาษาไทย ห่วยสุดๆ จะขอเรื่องลบเลขบัตร ก็ทำไม่ได้ ถ้าโดนแฮกทำไง แย่มาหๆ
