Great App with Potential for More Features
This is an excellent app and one of my most used and trusted. However, it could benefit from additional features such as allowing users to select meal options when booking tickets, which the staff could handle offline with the airlines and update later. Additionally, many expats working in China use this app and need Chinese invoices (fapiao) for their employers. It would be helpful to include an option to save fapiao details in the profile and select them when needed. Lastly, the prices are often higher compared to similar Chinese versions like ctrip.com. Not every expat is wealthy, so please consider this.

They let you buy baggage then put your request on processing and then cancel it so that you end up paying more at the airport. I still have time left for my travel so I’ll try to figure out a way.
Very bad attitude to arrange for a cancelled flight
I booked a first class ticket from Hangzhou to Guangzhou for June 1 . I got the info that the flight cancelled jun 01 and you can change yor ticket to June 02 . I don't know that how the c trip team thinking that when we book the ticket on a particular date .As per the c trip instruction we change our schedule ?
As a courtesy I think if we request to c trip team we need to fly the same day (as emergency )it will arrange another flight even another airline operate ,! But I got the bitter experience that the team send they can not do it
My Go-To app for all flight tickets
Being a frequent traveler, I always found trip.com to be the best place to buy my tickets. Their flight updates, free lounge access is a bonus in addition to the low ticket prices
Got cheated
I got cheated by booking thru this app, no customer support email to ask my concern. The customer care executive is do not understand the issue. I lost my money. This is useless.
This may work if everything is align, if you have an issue this is useless
