Don’t use!! 👎🏻Terrible and ugly service
All good reviews are fake or paid for. The app is terrible and especially buggy (once you navigate to a submenu screen, there’s no return button to go back to the main screen, forcing you to restart the app) on the iPad. It is not even optimized for landscape orientation with a connected iPad keyboard. The app can also automatically change your hotel booking payment method from card to cash, and you’ll only realize it when you’re charged double at the reception desk. The cancellation process will take several days due to the awful customer support, which leaves you to deal with problems on your own in a foreign country. TripCom is unable to coordinate between its own departments in different countries even after several days, and customers end up suffering because of this. If you value your time and peace of mind, choose a competitor’s app rather than this terrible service.
