Buy from the app
I bought the ticket from website and in app I see new user welcome pack that would have saved me 17 $. So first download the app and only after that try to buy the ticket. I feel bad that I skip this deal and unfortunately it is not mentioned anywhere.

My card was billed twice for the same room
Hello! I chose the payment with PayPal. I logged in PayPal and completed the purchase. After finishing with PayPal in the app appeared the button telling me that I have to pay for the room and give me 29 minutes for completing the payment. I paid with my bank card and my card was billed again with the same sum of money. So don’t pay with PayPal on this website or app if you don’t want your card to be billed at least twice. Обманщики с отвратительный сервисом и хамскими сотрудниками
Оплачивали билеты с багажем через данную конторку. По итогу, когда уже стояли на стойке регистрации, нам сказали, что у нас не оплачен багаж и предоставили данные, что у них в системе написано -отклонен платеж. А нам же вы присылали квитанцию об успешной оплате. По итогу начали разбираться, писали в чат-поддержку, где получили хамские ответы от сотрудника, который нас просто отправлял куда подальше. Что это не его проблемы, решайте сами. Написали претензию. По выписки из нашего банка было видно, что деньги отправлены на счет в Екатеринбурге. А возврат вдруг у них совершает компания, которая находится в Сингапуре. (Сотрудник, кстати, из чат поддержке нас отправляла съездить туда, чтобы разобраться в ситуации) просто какой-то каламбур. По итогу прислали ссылку на возврат через свифт перевод. Уже прошло 6 месяцев и до сих пор деньги не вернули. Ссылаются на то, что проблема в моем банке. А мой банк принимает эти платежи, но и сотрудники говорят мне, что никаких зачислений на мое имя не было. Писала несколько раз в трип, по итогу молчание и присвоение моих денег не законным образом. Отвратительно в этой компании ВСЁ! Вообще НИКОМУ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ данный «сервис»! Обманщики!!!
