Have been using trip.com for quite sometimes. Have been part of the tiered membership and it used to provide very good benefits such as lounge access but problems have just been appearing quite a lot lately. My previous experience was using the Lounge access but rejected by the provider. Explanation given was no space left when I clearly see people after me without booking still able to pay and enter. But the service was great, she helped to cancel my lounge voucher and rebated with coins. And recently, I bought a ticket, thinking I could use the lounge access, however, it said that I have used it this year, saying that I need to make a hotel reservation to use it. Well, have to say I’m super disappointed. The customer service was great just that the policy has been changing and I am very disappointed. When the prices is not cheaper than other choices I have yet, the benefits are hard to get, trip.com might turn out to be my last choice when purchasing air tickets. When others were saying bad reviews about Trip.com, I was protecting the company, believing that it has benefits that I couldn’t get elsewhere, but once again, it had let me down. Well, I couldn’t cancel my tickets no more so might as well use it for one last time.

next time the sistem must be confirm the passenger name then juast comfirm the ticket anything no comfirm then can book the ticket ，like this i put everyname also can I called customer service and they said airline couldn't change it.but y just keep the money and refund back for what this is not my problem i paid the money want solve the problem but suddenly said the airline cannot change the name this must be confirm can change the name them just keep the money not just keep the money then suddenly said cannot change the name very bad experience using this

Trip issue tiket infants xleh proceed sbb malaysia airline x terima nama panjang. Trip suruh kitorang cancel tiket infant 14/9- kitorang ke malaysia airline kaunter di airport kb tanya pasal tiket infant. Pihak malaysia airline ckp nama kami berempat ada dalam sistem booking. Malam kitorang call trip tanya balik why kena cancel kalau dah ada nama but still pihak trip denied dan ckp telah call pihak Malaysia Airlines pasal isu nama anak panjang dan pihak trip suruh kitorang settle dgn Malaysia Airlines berkaitan cadangan nama anak yang boleh diletakkan dalam book tiket nnti. So nnti dah dpt nama cadangan call trip balik untuk issue tiket - malam yang sama dpt email trip.com sendiri cancel kan tiket infant. Bukan saya. 23/9 - kami pergi ke kaunter Malaysia Airlines di airport dan tanya pasal isu nama anak panjang dan nak suggest nama apa nak bagi dekat trip. Dah plk suruh settle dgn trip plk. Last sekali sy call trip.com dan biar diorang settle sendiri dengan akak kaunter Malaysia Airlines tu. yang menjadi isu adalah tiket infant telah void. Jadi tak boleh nk buat apa dengan tiket tu. Kena beli tiket baru. 💸 dengan harga tiga kali ganda Aku tak tahu lah ni salah trip ke salah Malaysia Airlines. Yang pasti yang rugi aku💸 Persoalan aku why trip cancel order infant. Why trip tak call mntk suggestion nama infant? Kenapa customer kena buat? Even diorang cakap dah call Malaysia Airlines, dah tu mntk la terus suggestion nama🤔 Takkan tak tahu apa2 policy Malaysia Airlines? Untuk tidak merugikan trip.com, diorang tak benarkan cancel booking even Malaysia Airlines suggest suruh cancel buat order tiket baru.

I wanted to take some time today to express my appreciation towards the developer team for the latest update on this app. I booked a connecting flights for me and my spouse via Trip app and it (the booking) turns out very well in the UI: very personalised to each of our flight and users. I am shocked and have never seen any other apps personalised user bookings like that. Even the baggage allowance are being described per flight for each user. That is good. Appreciating this.

Easy to use and top notch

Trip.com is always my first choice when it comes to reserve for my flight and hotel accommodation. It would be better if multiple options can be selected when it comes to a bulk booking for different choices of room type. For now if I wish to book 2 rooms with different layout I have to separately complete the booking which is quite troublesome.
