I’m a traveller
It’s ok. Trip have helped me through some sticky moments in my travels, and generally they are resolved. My only gripe is there is no landscape mode for the iPad app. PLLLLEEESSSE fix this!

This app is near perfect! Once they add Bus bookings (at present missing) it will have 10/20 in convenient and reliable booking worldwide app recommended! Cancellation, help and support, payment options, reviews all outstanding! Highly recommended. Ernst New Zealand
This is the most reliable travel app and now I rarely use anything else.
No hidden fee surprise as you’re about to pay 😁 The app works well and the deals are as good as anywhere else. I like it 👍🏻
Poor customer service
Worst customer service received ever . App downloaded in English and only Chinese only phone call. Online consults that speak English will lie to you about date availability . They are not the only middle man in the process but deal with another middle man . Avoid at all cost. Download any more reputable platform app
Lost $1,400
Flight home was cancelled due to a cyclone hitting home, these guys couldnt get me on a new flight when i asked so i requested a refund and couldnt even get a refund. Was going back and forth with them and had to extend my stay by two weeks until i decided to just spend $1400 on a new flight home, which i never got any money back at all. I paid for the insurance too, still got nothing. Would not recommend this site at all
눈탱이 수수료
보통 취소하면 90%티켓가격을 돌려주는 타사와다르게 150만원중 10만원도 안 돌려주고 140만원이 취소 수수료랍니다. 실수로 수수료가격이 10만원인줄알고 취소 진행했는데 이미 환불됐다고 어쩔수없다고만 하네요 몇시간사이 150만원을 날로먹음. 항공사에선 자기들은 피해보는거 없다고여행사가 돌려주면 되는데 안돌려주는지 모르겠다고 하는데도 정책상 문제없다네요 대기업이면 도의는 저버려도 되나봐요. 별 하나도 아까운데 눌러야해서 누름
